Fire-Silver coach brings indoor and field lacrosse expertise to top prep school

Craig Lepiane, the Fire Lacrosse Club's Tampa Bay-Silver Head Coach, has been appointed to the coaching staff at Berkeley Preparatory School in Tampa, FL.  Craig brings his considerable credentials as a three-time All-American player at Ithaca College, and his expertise as an AILA-certified indoor lacrosse coach and US Lacrosse field coach, to the campus of this prestigious school.

According to Craig, "I'm pleased and excited to be joining the coaching staff at Berkeley Prep.  It's my belief and expectation that the lacrosse program at Berkeley will reach the upper tier of competitive lacrosse in West Florida and ultimately state-wide.  I'm confident that bringing a heightened focus on innovations in the sport, such as integrating the indoor (box) version of the sport with the field game, coupled with off-season conditioning and skills development activities, will accelerate the level of play and interest in the sport at Berkeley."  Craig went on to comment that, "we fully expect that our school and lacrosse program will soon be the preferred choice for those players and parents interested in top-notch academics and high-level lacrosse player development at the high school and middle school levels."

Craig expects to initiate the proper fall ball conditioning program shortly.
